PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil-in-water emulsified cosmetic having an excellent feeling of use and excellent emulsification stability. SOLUTION: This oil-in-water emulsified cosmetic comprises 0.7-1.5 wt.% of xanthan gum as an ingredient A, one or more kinds of oily ingredients which are a liquid at normal temperature as an ingredient B, one or more kinds of oily ingredients which are a semisolid at normal temperature as an ingredient C and one or more kinds of oily ingredients which are a solid at normal temperature as an ingredient D. The content of the whole oily ingredients B to D based on the ingredient A is >=7 times of the weight of the ingredient A.
