PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet stacking device and sheet processing device capable of being folded up, preventing any sheet, in particular a large size sheet, from falling off, and equipped with an enhanced effectiveness in conducting the stacking operation. SOLUTION: The angleαformed by the sheet stacking surface of a main tray 55 with respect to a horizontal plane is set smaller than the angleβformed by the sheet stacking surface of an auxiliary tray 56 relative to the horizontal plane.
