HIGH-SPEED SHUTTER VALVE WITH SEAL FUNCTION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-speed shutter valve having a vacuum seal performance used for a device accelerating and injecting solid fuel (hydrogen isotope; pellet). SOLUTION: A coil is energized, a plunger is suckedly driven by its electromagnetic force, a plunger spring is contracted and pushed up, the solid fuel moves in the core without being affected by the rotation and the slight motion of the plunger, and a valve element pin-connected to the plunger is interlocked therewith and raised along a valve seat at a high speed to become an opened state. A cushion material and a shock absorbing mechanism are mounted on the head part of the plunger and a part to become the upper part of a plunger flange so as to prevent the direct collision between the inside of the core to be a fixed iron core and the plunger tip part to be a movable iron core. An area of the collision part is enlarged so as to mitigate and absorb the collision shock by the planar contact.
