PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide flooring having moderate bending resistance, having very little bleed-out and shift to the backing and manufactured via the form of plastisol without using vinyl chloride resin. SOLUTION: This flooring comprises a resin base material acquired by hardening the plastisol formed by dispersing acrylic resin powder in a dispersion medium comprising polyalkylene glicol as a main component.
