PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a malfunction wherein when an eccentric shaft of a caster is fitted on a leg element of a desk main body in such a way that it is vertical to a floor face under an installed condition of it and a desk is moved by lifting up an end side for use of the desk, as the eccentric shaft becomes under a forward tilting condition, an oscillating movement of a wheel holding part of the caster becomes difficult and under the posture, the desk is hardly moved in the left and right direction and the desk is hardly retreated by being drawn to this side. SOLUTION: The caster 2 is fitted to the desk main body 1 in a posture in which the shaft center m of the eccentric shaft 23 approaches to be vertical to the floor face F when an adjuster 3 is inclined so as to float up from the floor face F.
