SOLUTION: An opening part regulating the movement of an operating handle 3, while cooperating with it when an operating handle 2 is rotated, is installed in a flange part 2c installed in the vicinity of a tip part of the operating handle 2, and the operating handle 2 is inserted into the opening part. |
