PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna module that can obtain sufficient antenna performance regardless of its arrangement. SOLUTION: This antenna module is provided with an antenna core 12, a conductor 11 wound around the core 12, and a varactor diode 13 mounted on a circuit board 30 and, at the same time, connected in parallel with both ends of conductor 11. This module is also provided with a grounding terminal 17 to which one terminal of the parallelly connected body 14 composed of the diode 13 and conductor 11 is connected, and an output terminal 24 to which the other terminal of the connected body 14 is connected. The circuit board 30 is integrally formed with the antenna core 12 in a state where the board 30 is in contact with the upper surface of the core 12.
