PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cathode-ray tube having a transparent conductive film that is excellent in an electromagnetic shielding effect, an anti-static effect, and strength of the film, and can easily control conductivity and light transmittance. SOLUTION: The cathode-ray tube has a transparent conductive film 11 formed on the outer surface of a transparent substrate 12 as a display surface, where 100 wt.% of the transparent conductive film includes 2-30 wt.% of carbon microfibers 13.
