PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently analyze information on the operations of business systems and so on, by making the use of devices under management. SOLUTION: A managing device 20, which obtains the information on the operations from the devices under management 10a to 10d based on SNMP and reportedly displays the information and a client machine 40 that holds business management information 43, in which the devices under management 10a to 10d are each divided into groups by business units through a communication line 50 are provided. In response to the requests from the managing device 20, the business management information 43 is converted into MIB and is transmitted to the managing device 20 from the client machine 40. In the managing device 20, a device under management which is used in the same business system is specified, based on the business management information thus received, and the information on the operations from each of the specified devices under management is unified, to display it as an operation report.
