PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a visitor to advance onto a floor of a resident without informing the resident of his entrance on the floor of each story by the visitor. SOLUTION: A multiple dwelling house security system is constituted in such a way that the visitor calls visit destination habitable room machines 1F-5a, 1F-5b,..., 2F-5a, 2F-5b,...,... by a collective entrance machine 1 installed on a main floor, the resident answers it to confirm the visitor, and a door unlock button 55 is operated to unlock the lock of an automatic door 2. A ticket issuing machine 7 for issuing storage medium 8 storing a code number is installed adjacent to the collective entrance machine. Certification machines 1F-3, 2F-3,... are provided on the floors of each story for opening each story door 1F-4, 2F-4,... when the code number stored in the storage medium is read and checked against a door opening number determined in advance and these numbers agree.
