PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a varied carton that is different in form from conventional rectangular parallelepiped forms, of simple structure, having a high degree of designability, and is capable of housing contents on the skew. SOLUTION: The present invention is embodied in a varied carton having characteristics that it is of polyhedron form provided with a rectangular bottom surface, a front and a rear surfaces respectively formed perpendicular to the bottom surface, a top surface of quadrilateral form different from the form of the bottom surface being formed in parallel with the bottom surface, and with side surfaces constituted of a plurality of surfaces formed between the bottom surface and the top surface, and that it is of octahedron form consisting of the top surface being of a parallelogram and the side surfaces consisting of side plane surfaces formed perpendicular to the bottom surface and of side skewed surfaces between the top surface and the side plane surfaces. In the concrete, the present invention is embodied in either a varied carton of octahedron form having characteristics that the side plane surfaces are triangles and the side skewed surfaces are triangles, or a varied carton of octahedron form having characteristics that the side plane surfaces are trapezoids and the side skewed surfaces are triangles.
