摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preventing the combustion ash slag adhesion on the wall of a two step entrained bed gasification furnace. SOLUTION: This method for preventing the slag adhesion in the two step entrained bed gasification furnace comprising a combustor, a reducer, and burners disposed in the combustor and the reductor and used for charging a fuel and an oxidizer therein is characterized by charging a flux only in the combustor without charging the flux in the reductor, so that the viscosity- temperature characteristics curve of the ash of the combustor is shifted to the lower temperature than the viscosity-temperature characteristic curve of the ash of the reductor. Thereby, troubles due to the adhesion of the slug can be suppressed, and the gasification furnace can stably and continuously be operated for a long period. When a slug-adhering area is reduced, devices and utilities (steam N2 and cooling water) for removing the slug can be reduced.
