<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cement admixture which has excellent fluidity even in summer compared with that in a conventional polymer cement mortar composition, has improved strength, and is mainly used in the civil engineering and construction field, and to provide a cement composition. SOLUTION: The cement admixture contains blastfurnace slow cooled slag fine powder crystallized by annealing, and a polymer such as synthetic rubber latex and resin emulsion, and the cement composition contains cement and the cement admixture.</p> |
