发明名称 ASSEMBLING METHOD AND SIZE FOR SPEED CHANGE GEAR
摘要 PURPOSE:To facilitate aligning with the assembling shaft and to eliminate special aligning work onto the shaft, by employing a zig of shaft shape having smaller diameter than that of the assembling shaft while providing an engaging projection at one end. CONSTITUTION:A zig 41 of shaft shape having diameter smaller than the small diameter section at the tip of an inverted shaft 18 is employed while an engaging projection 43 to be engaged in the working hole 42 of the shaft 18 is provided. Assembling process is such that a bearing 15 is fixed to one side wall of a speed reduction case 1 then an inverted gear 29, collar 29, sprocket 32, collar 31 and an inverted gear 30 are fitted over the zig 41 in this order. Under this state, the hole 42 and projection 43 are engaged and the shaft 18 is pushed into the case 1. Consequently the shaft 18 will fit sequentially to a mounting member and when the leading edge of the shaft 18 has reached to the bearing 15 the shaft 18 is hitted in by means of a tool while the bearing 14 is fitted into the hole 8 from outside to fit the bearing 14 over the shaft 18 then the zig 41 is removed to assemble at predetermined position.
