PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcing device for a column frame, by which a foundation and the column frame are unified by receiving impulsive load applied to the foundation and column frame generated in the case of an earthquake by a reinforcing-corner stationary plate and a column-protective stationary plate and preventing the deformation of the foundation and the column frame and lightening a burden applied to a tenon section, turnbuckles and wires for bracings are connected as the bracings for the column frame and breakdown is prevented. SOLUTION: In the reinforcing device, in which at least two columns A juxtaposed in the vertical direction and at least two columns B in the horizontal direction orthogonal to the columns are provided jointly and framed and which has the frame in Fig. 5 in which reinforcing-material metal fittings 7 and 21 in Fig. 3 are assembled obliquely to the frame, the reinforcing device is clamped and fixed onto the opposed internal surfaces of the upper-lower framework sections D of the frame by clamping bolts by the reinforcing-corner stationary plates and the column-protective stationary plates. Each one end of the reinforcing-corner stationary plates is connected and fixed by 7 and 21 in Fig. 3.
