PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing a high magnetic flux density grain oriented silicon steel sheet which has excellent film properties and high magnetic field core loss. SOLUTION: A steel sheet obtained, if required, by performing annealing to a grain oriented silicon steel hot rolled sheet having a composition containing, by mass, <=0.10% C, 2 to 7% Si, 0.02 to 0.30% Mn, one or two metals selected from S and Se by 0.001 to 0.040% in total, 0.010 to 0.065% acid soluble Al, 0.0030 to 0.0150% N, and 0.0005 to 0.05% Bi, subjecting the steel sheet to cold rolling for one or two or more times, or for two or more times including process annealing, and performing cold rolling to a final thickness is heated to the temperature range of >=700 deg.C for <=10 sec, or heated at a heating rate of >=100 deg.C, is directly subjected to preliminary annealing at >=700 deg.C for 1 to 20 sec, and is thereafter subjected to decarburizing annealing. |
