PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spring coil wherein a step on which a bird stops or a dog or cat walks is rotated by the weight of the bird or animal itself to escape the bird or the animal by surprise. SOLUTION: An electric cable is passed through a spring-like coil having a larger inner diameter than the diameter of the electric cable. When a bird grips the spring coil in order to stop on the electric cable, the bird surprises and escapes. When one end of the spring coil is twined around the electric cable and rotated, the spring coil is wholly twined around the electric cable or removed from the electric cable.
