<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problems that it is not easy to correctly convey a subjective physical condition at a medical consultation place, a great deal of labor and time are required for evaluation by a doctor, the physical change is hard to be understood by a third person other than a patient and the doctor since the physical condition is narratively recorded on an examination document (medical record) and the recording method is not unified, and demonstrative evaluation of treatment cannot be done. SOLUTION: The measuring method featuring quantification of seriousness of the subjective physical condition is performed by a computer. In the computer system, an elapsed scheme of seriousness of the subjective physical condition is automatically prepared based on it, a morbid period is automatically calculated, and effectiveness of treatment is demonstratively and statistically evaluated.</p> |
