PURPOSE: A coating agent composition for cooking utensils and a coating method using the composition are provided, to obtain the cooking utensils irradiating the far infrared ray and anions. CONSTITUTION: The coating agent composition comprises 80-90 wt% of a Teflon (polytetrafluoroethylene) resin; and 10-20 wt% of tourmaline powder. The coating method comprises the steps of stirring the composition; spraying the stirred composition to the surface of cooking utensils to coat the surface by a thickness of 10-50 micrometers firstly; drying the coated cooking utensils at a temperature of 200-250 deg.C for 10-20 min; spraying an auxiliary coating agent comprising a Teflon resin to the coated surface; and drying the coated cooking utensils at a temperature of 350-390 deg.C for 15-30 min. |
