PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete sprayer for reducing generation of revolving concrete, reducing a work cost of an impeller blade, and further enhancing spot projection performance. SOLUTION: This concrete sprayer is provided with an impeller 14 for rotating at a high speed with a rotary shaft 12 as the center, a easing 16 surrounding the impeller, and having a circular inner peripheral surface, a concrete supply pipe 18 for communicating with the inside of the casing for supplying concrete 17 toward the impeller, and a concrete delivery pipe 22 arranged in the casing so as to be adjacent to the concrete supply pipe. The impeller is composed of opposed two disk-like impeller side plates 24, and a plurality of impeller blades 26 sandwiched between the impeller side plates, and installed at equal intervals in the circumferential direction with the rotary shaft as the center. An interval of the outer peripheral end of the opposed impeller side plates is in the same as or a little wider than an inner diameter D of a concrete support port 28 positioned in a joining part of the concrete support pipe and the casing.
