PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an overflow call callback method for enhancing the service by registering a caller telephone number of a busy overflow call so as to make a callback. SOLUTION: When a caller phone 1 makes a call to a called party phone 9 of a telemarketing enterprise and the called party phone 9 is busy, the telemarketing enterprise transfers the caller phone call 1 to an internal server 5, which transmits a message of 'This is XXX and the phone 9 is busy now. Please dial '1' when you need a callback' to the caller phone 1. When the caller phone 1 desires the callback, the caller phone 1 informs an operator PC 7 about a telephone number being a caller ID of the caller phone 1 for registration. When the called phone 9 is idle, the called phone 9 dials the caller phone 1 to call the caller phone 1 and to connect the called phone 9 to the caller phone 1.
