SOLUTION: The motor-driven actuator 1, with a rod 14 rectilinearly driving with a motor 19 as the driving source, has a tube 11, a cross screw shaft 16 arranged in the tube at axial direction and rotated and driven by the motor, a cover 12 provided at the end of the tube, a hollow rod 14 slidably passing through the cover and movable into and out of the tube, a piston 15 provided at the end inside the rod and sliding on the inner circumferential surface of the tube, and a dowel 33 engaging with the screw groove on the cross screw shaft provided on the piston.
