PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image pickup lens capable of realizing miniaturization and also drastically enhancing optical characteristic with simple structure. SOLUTION: At least one surface of a lens main body 1 is formed into an aspherical surface, and the 2nd surface of the main body 1 on the side of an image pickup surface 5 is set as a Fresnel surface 2, and the main body 1 satisfies a condition 1.17<d/f<1.4 (wherein, (d) means the thickness of the lens main body and (f) means the focal distance of the lens main body).
