<p>A recording medium recording method for recording an information signal on a recording medium having a plurality of recording layers. When recording an information signal on a recoding medium having a light transmittance protection layer (6), a first recording layer (5) for scanning a laser beam incident from the light transmittance protection layer (6) along a first guide groove (51), and a second recording layer (3) for scanning a laser beam incident from the light transmittance protection layer (6) along a second guide groove (21), an information signal is recorded in the guide groove or on an area between the guide grooves on the recording layer, i.e., the first recording layer (5) or the second recording layer (3) which is located at the side of the light transmittance protection layer (6).</p> |
