In order to ensure the efficiency of stimulation of a bottom-hole area of a formation at a depth which is higher than 5 km in such a way that it is possible to automatically adjust a resonance frequency, continuously control an operating regime and to simplify the structural embodiment of the inventive device, said device comprises the following series connected items: a generator, a unit for controlling operational parameters and an analyser programmer whose outputs are connected to the inputs of the generator and a display unit, the output of the unit for controlling operational parameters being connected to a sound-emitting device.
