PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a noise reducer of power converter in which normal mode noise and common mode noise are reduced while realizing an reduction in size of a filter. SOLUTION: The noise reducer of a power converter 4 connected with a power supply 1 through a plurality of feeder lines and supplying converted power to a load 5 comprises a capacitive element 3 inserted between each feeder line and an earth line, a circuit 8 for detecting the voltage V3 of the capacitive element 3, and control means 9-12 for supplying a control current Icom to each feeder line side depending on the voltage V3 of the capacitive element 3 wherein the control means 9-12 suppress high frequency voltage components existing in the capacitive element 3 by the control current Icom, thus preventing a current supplied from the power converter 4 from flowing through a noise reduction filter.
