USIM CARD, MOBILE TERMINAL, PREPAID CARD OPERATION SYSTEM, AND PREPAID CARD OPERATION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prepaid card and a card operation system that are adaptive to a coming USIM (Universal Subscriber Identity Module) and 3G era by eliminating defects of a conventional prepaid mobile terminal. SOLUTION: An issue bureau 20 issues a card 52 recording 'USIM ID' and 'communication available monetary amount'. A user 50 loads the card 52 to the mobile terminal 51, rents a communication ID from a communication enterprise 10 and starts making a speech. When the 'monetary amount' recorded in the USIM gets smaller, the user applies extension of the speech time to a charge collection agent 30. When the application passes the credit investigation, the communication enterprise system 11 informs the mobile terminal 51 about the addition of the monetary amount.
