COMPONENT-BASED AD-HOC NETWORK SERVICE

The invention relates to the creation of a central component repository (CR) which implements an enquiry language (QE) enabling the components of a requested service to be found, said components best corresponding to the requirements of a user. Selection occurs by means of meta information registered with the service. By decoupling the service (3) and interface (4) into several components and the exact description thereof in said cooperation, novel scenarios are possible e.g. automatic installation of a part of the service or the entire service on an additional network subscriber providing the required resources. A service which does not have the required sources per se can thus become available on a terminal. Non-required services are re-discharged and resources are saved.
