The extraction tab (1) is attached to the end of a material web to be extracted and selectively coupled to a device for extraction of the web via a coupling device (3). The extraction web has at least one opening (9) allowing the adhesive layer of an adhesive band applied to one side of the extraction tab to contact the surface of the material web applied to the opposite side of the extraction tab.
