PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To configure a system for automatically generating a fair and rational helper dispatch schedule by reflecting the various requests from both helpers and necessary caring service users. SOLUTION: At the time of receiving a helper dispatch scheduling command to designate a scheduling period from an entrepreneur terminal 20 through an information network 30, a server 10 side collates caring conditions including the caring dates of a plurality of caring service users registered in a user data registering part 101 with the caring qualification classes and schedule conditions of a plurality of helpers registered in a helper data registering part 102, and prepares a helper dispatch schedule in that period of each of those helpers in order to match it to the caring conditions of each of those caring service users, and transmits the helper dispatch schedule to the terminal 20. |
