PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk device simple in structure and easy to be miniaturized. SOLUTION: The disk device 1 is provided with a case body part 2 having an inserting/detaching port 3 for inserting and detaching a recording medium 50, a reproducing/recording part 40 for recording/reproducing a disk 52 housed in a cartridge 51, a loading part for carrying the inserted recording medium 50 to the reproducing/recording part 40, and a mounting part for mounting the carried recording medium 50 on the reproducing/recording part 40. The loading part is constituted of a first roller part 10 rotated by detecting that the recording medium 50 is inserted to a prescribed position of the case body part 2 to carry the recording medium 50, a second roller part 20 rotated together with the first roller part 10 and a third roller part 30 for horizontally holding the recording part 50 and clamping the recording medium 50 together with the second roller part 20.
