PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel injection valve having a structure capable of being easily assembled by joining while improving the valve sealing property. SOLUTION: This fuel injection valve comprises a cylindrical member 14 axially reciprocatively accommodating a movable element 25 and a valve member 26 engaged with the movable element 26 so that the maximum axial movement of the movable element 25 can be controlled, a valve body 29 provided with a bottom wall part 29h having a valve seat 29a to be abutted on or separated from the valve member 26, and a sidewall part 29h forming a hot-welded part 100 between the sidewall part 29h and the cylindrical member 14 raised from a peripheral edge of the bottom wall part 29b, and a spacer 27 axially held between the sidewall part 29h and the cylindrical member 14, and an inner periphery of the sidewall part 29h (inner periphery 29e in detail) is smaller than an inner diameter of the spacer 27 abutted on the sidewall part 29h.
