<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device for judging arrival, start and passage for accurately judging the arrival, start and passage of a vehicle, relieving drivers' burden and performing high vehicle operation management. SOLUTION: In the case that a position of the vehicle is acquired with a position detector 601, a speed of the vehicle is calculated with a speed calculator 202 on the basis of a vehicle position, and the vehicle is judged in a judging area from position information of a judging target spot, a judging condition, and the position information of the vehicle. The vehicle is judged as destination arrival if the state that a vehicle speed is a prescribed speed or lower is continued for a prescribed time or longer. After arrival judgment, in the case that the vehicle is judged out of the judging area from the position information of the judging target spot, the judging condition and the position information of the vehicle; the vehicle is judged as the start from the destination, in the state that the vehicle speed is not at the prescribed speed or lower, or in the state that the state where it is at the prescribed speed or lower even when it is at the prescribed speed or lower is not continued for the prescribed time or longer, the vehicle is judged as the passage of the destination or a passage spot in the case that the vehicle is judged out of the judging area from the position information of the judging target spot, the judging condition and the position information of the vehicle.</p> |
