PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-softened sheet having handling properties similar to those of a conventional heat-radiating sheet and thermal characteristics equal to those of a heat-conductive grease or a heat-conductive compound. SOLUTION: In an easily peelable heat-softened sheet, a cured product having a softening point of 30-100 deg.C of a compound in which 100 pts.wt. of a mixture of a silicone gel component producing gel when cured, and a linear alkyl- modified silicone oil in a weight ratio of 2.5/97.5-80/20 is added with 50-3,000 pts.wt. of a heat-conductive filler, or of a compound in which 100 pts.wt. of a mixture of a millable type silicone rubber component and a linear alkyl- modified silicone oil in a weight ratio of 2.5/97.5-80/20 is added with 50-3,000 pts.wt. of the heat-conductive filler, is stuck in the shape of a sheet on a release mount. |
