PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To plan to improve, maintain and recover hydrophilic properties of the surface of a member and express self cleaning, easily cleaning, anti- fogging and dew condensation-preventing functions. SOLUTION: This thin latex film is prepared by synthesizing a cross-linked latex polymer from a monomer having a >=4C hydrocarbon group and a fluorinated alkylsulfonic acid-based surfactant and heating the latex polymer at 40-250 deg.C to form the thin latex film having >=65 dyne/cm surface energy. |
