PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible polyurethane foam having excellent adhesiveness to an olefin resin by a polyurethane raw material alone and to provide a method for producing the polyurethane foam. SOLUTION: This flexible polyurethane foam for vibration-damping materials is composed of (A) a polyether polyol having 2-8 hydroxy group numbers and 2,000-20,000 weight-average molecular weight and/or its polymer-dispersed polyol and (B) a polyol having 2 hydroxy group numbers and 600-3,000 weight-average molecular weight and/or its polymer-dispersed polyol, and a mixture mass ratio of the component A to the component B is within the range of (98-80)/(2-20).
