<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a conducting sheet laminate which exhibits a sufficient anchor effect by mitigating or eliminating an adverse effect of a significant residual stress attributed to the formation of a brittle alloy layer in a joint interface resulting from a high temperature process and a high rolling ratio joint. SOLUTION: The conducting sheet laminate 20 with a specified layer thickness and a specified surface roughness is manufactured by applying an activation process to each of the faces of a conducting sheet of a specified sheet thickness to be joined together, in an inert gas atmosphere under an extremely low pressure and laminating the conducting sheets in such a way that their activated faces are positioned opposite to each other and further, performing a laminated joining process so that at least one of the outermost surface becomes rough.</p> |
