PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce costs by implementing a process for molding a resin molding part and a process for joining a foamed resin sheet to the resin molding part simultaneously and to stabilize the joining strength between the resin molding part and the foamed resin sheet. SOLUTION: After the foamed resin sheet 16 is set on the molding surface of the first mold 22 constituting an injection-molding mold 20, the first mold 22 and the second mold 26 of a pair are clamped, and the foamed resin sheet 16 is held at a required position in a cavity 30 sectioned in the inside. A molten resin 40 is injected in the cavity 30, and by making the resin 40 contact the end fringe part 18 of the foamed resin sheet 16, the end fringe part 18 is fused. By fusion-bonding the molten resin 40 and the fused end fringe part 18 to each other, a resin molding with the foamed resin sheet in which the resin molding part 12 to be molded and the foamed resin sheet 16 are joined together is molded. |
