PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tag which curtails the number of parts and is easily attachable to commodities for attachment. SOLUTION: This tag 10 has a tag body 11 which carries the statement relating to a commodity 1 for attachment and attaching means for attaching this tag body 11 to the commodity 1 for attachment. The tag body 11 and the attaching means are integrally molded by paper and the attaching means consists of one attaching belt 17 extending from the tag body 11, locking projections 18 formed on at least one side of the attaching belt 17 and a locking hole 14 into which the locking projections 18 are locked by inserting the attaching belt 17 formed at the tag body 11.
