PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and surely prevent tilt of a newly built sash or a sash frame toward the exterior due to load of an outer sash because of semi-external install. SOLUTION: This remodeling sash 12 has a newly built sash frame 13 fitted to a sash frame 4 of an existing sash 3 fitted to an opening part 2 of a building. A lower frame 13b of the newly built sash 13 is provided with a fitting fin 15 in the outer periphery of the middle part in the direction of the interior and the exterior. One end of a tilt preventing member 21 for preventing the sash frame 13 from tilting toward the exterior of the sash frame 13 is fixed to the lower surface of the lower frame 13b on the interior side from the fitting fin 15 of the lower frame 13b of the newly built sash frame 13 or the interior surface, and the other end of the tilt preventing member 21 is fixed to the lower frame 4b of the existing sash frame 4 or a window sill 1a.
