PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lessen trouble of a lift carrying polishing machine in which a pachinko ball is polished while lift carrying a pachinko ball and a granular abrasive by a coiled spring and improve lift carrying efficiency. SOLUTION: A lift carrying polishing machine for a pachinko ball polishes a pachinko ball while lift carrying a pachinko ball to be polished and a granular abrasive supplied via a lateral carrying coiled spring 3 from a lateral carrying pipe 1 by rotation of a lift carrying coiled spring 7 placed within a lift carrying pipe 5. A rotation assembly F is placed in the lower end part of the lift carrying coiled spring 7 and this can be supported in a stable state within the lift carrying pipe 5 by a lower part supporting means D. By adopting this lower part supporting means, shaking, and expansion and contraction or the like of the lower end part are eliminated, digging for a base face, intertwinement with the lateral carrying coiled spring or the like can be prevented, and a load change for the spring is reduced.
