PURPOSE: A beverage container with straw is provided to make simple and cost effective production process for manufacturing an enhanced airtight container with a straw inside. CONSTITUTION: The beverage container with straw includes a body(100), a cover(200) and a straw(210). The cover(200) has a space(202) inside and a supporter at the bottom which combines with the straw(210). The straw(210) has a folded part(211) at the upper part above the supporter and a sealed tip of the straw which locates at an inserting part(212). An air inlet hole(213) which makes an air flow into the container locates at the inserting part(212). A tap(201) covers up the space(200) tightly. The straw(210) sticks out from the inserting part(212) by pulling the upper part.
