PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a facsimile terminal that can inhibit manual output in the case that no communication is made after a communication management report is automatically outputted so as to eliminate waste of paper resource. SOLUTION: The facsimile terminal is provided with an operation means 105 that sets an automatic output state to the communication management report for allowing an operator to confirm a communication result after facsimile transmission and reception and is used to make operations of a manual output, a display means 106 that displays various states, a print means 108 that outputs the communication management report on the basis of the operation of the operation means 105, and a control means 101 that controls each means. The control means 101 controls the operation means 105 to inhibit the manual output operation of the communication management report by the operation means 105 in the case that no communication is made after the communication management report is automatically outputted.
