PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide communication equipment capable of reducing the load of a user in transmitting data to transmission destinations with a time difference. SOLUTION: Internet facsimile machine 10 is provided with an operation display part 14 for inputting a telephone number, an ROM 12 for storing a time difference corresponding to the country code and area code of the telephone number, a CPU 11 for retrieving the time difference stored in the ROM 12 from the country code and area code of the inputted telephone number, and a clock 19 for counting the time. Then, the time difference retrieved by the CPU 11 is added to the present time counted by the clock 19 so that the area local time of the inputted telephone number can be calculated. |
