PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve safety when inputting a password and to enable a user with poor eyesight to use. SOLUTION: This device is formed by an input guide screen 10 for displaying an input guide of the secret identification code for a user, a cancel button 20 for canceling inputting the password in the middle and re-inputting from the start, an input place confirming screen 30 whereon a place of the password to be input next blinks, a braille input button 40 for inputting the password in braille, a button control section 60 for controlling unevenness of respective braille parts of the braille input button 40, and a processor 50 for controlling them all. Braille of the braille input button 40 is displayed sequentially from a low number or at random, and the number corresponding to the braille when the user presses is stored in the processor 50 as the password.
