PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a car body tilting device exhibiting enhanced comfortableness even on a straight road. SOLUTION: A car body 8 is supported on a bogie frame 4 through an air spring 5. A torsion bar is provided on the bogie frame 4 along a width direction of the car body 8. The torsion bar is rotational. Levers 13 are provided on both ends of the torsion bar 11, and the levers 13 and the car body 8 are linked by links 15. A non-liner shock absorbing rubber 30 is provided on a link point of the link 15 and the lever 13. A cylinder part 31 of the shock absorbing rubber 30 is connected to the link 15. A pin 32 of the shock absorbing rubber 30 is fixed on the lever 13. The shock absorbing rubber 30 is provided so that the deformation quantity at an early stage when force is applied from the width direction of the bogie 7 is larger than the deformation quantity at an early stage when the force is applied from the traveling direction of the bogie 7. The car body 8 is tilted on a curve road. When the bogie 7 moves to the width direction on the straight road, the shock absorbing rubber 30 absorbs the shock of the movement. Thus, the comfortableness can be improved. |
