PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas heat pump type air conditioning device capable of further improving heating capacity during a low outside air temperature. SOLUTION: In a gas heat pump type air conditioning system constituted that a refrigerating cycle is formed by circulating a refrigerant by a compressor 11 where a gas engine GE is a drive source. A waste heat is recovered to engine cooling water from exhaust gas, discharged from the gas engine GE by an exhaust gas heat exchanger 34, and by heating a refrigerant by the engine cooling water, heating capacity is increased, a bypass flow passage 36 provided with a flow rate control valve 37 is formed at an engine cooling water line 30 on the side situated downstream of the gas engine. A heating device 40 for an engine cooling water is situated in the bypass flow passage 36.
