PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning vehicle capable of reducing catch of a foreign object to a cleaning means side. SOLUTION: A body 22 of a cleaning means 21 provided in a lower part of a vehicle body 2 is attached so as to vertically oscillate to a vehicle body 2 side via a vehicular width direction pin 25. A cleaning work part 30 having a rotatable brush 32 via a vehicular width direction shaft 31 is provided in a body 22 side. An object detecting means 45 is provided in the body 22 side in front of the brush 32, and a vertically moving device 50 vertically moving the body 22 is provided between the vehicle body 2 side and the body 22 side. It is composed so that lifting operation of the vertically moving device 50 is provided when the object detecting means 45 detects the foreign object G. The lifting operation of the vertically moving device 50 is provided by detecting the object G by the object detecting means 45, and the body 22 and the object detecting means 45 are lifted. When the object detecting means 45 detects nothing, the object detecting means 45 and the body 22 pass over the object G, and catch of the object G to the body 22 side can be reduced.
