PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an electrically conductive sheet for a carrier tape with an electrically conductive layer in which electrical conductivity is not decreased, even when molding fabrication such as deep drawing is applied when the carrier tape is manufactured and with excellent transparency. SOLUTION: The electrically conductive layer is provided on at least one surface of a transparent polymer film with molding fabrication processability, and an electrically conductive agent incorporated in the electrically conductive layer has a needle-like shape. Especially, the electrically conductive agent with a needle-like shape is tin oxide with a needle-like crystallographic structure doped with antimony oxide.
