PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power cylinder in which hitting sound produced between a bush and a piston rod by external input is alleviated. SOLUTION: A holder member 3 for holding a bush 4 comprises, by press- molding a sheet of metal plate material, an external cylinder part 31 held at an inner peripheral part of a cylinder tube 1 in a press fitting state; an internal cylinder part 32 holding the bush 4 at an inner peripheral part; a connecting part 33 having a folding shape that is provided in a state of connecting the internal cylinder part 32 and the external cylinder part 31; an outward flange part 34 formed by being bended outward at an opening end of the external cylinder part 31 on the opposite side to the connecting part 33; an inward flange part 35 formed by being bended inward at an opening end of the internal cylinder part 32 on the opposite side to the connecting part 33.
